Off line scanning can only be done on a device defined as an off line device. An off line device can be used on line and in fact the user has to be on line for the initial logon and data download to the device. The device also has to be on line in order to upload data back to the server.

 

On TransLution EazySetup, Go to the device maintenance form (Device Maintenance - Device Name) and create a new device. As shown below the device must be concurrent and it must be an Android device.
