EazySetup - Merge Device


The Merge Device form is shown below. This form is only to be used when upgrading from a version before V7. The reason for this is that prior to version 7.0, all devices were maintained in separately in each company database. In version 7.0 devices are maintained centrally. This form is used to mange moving devices from the company database to the central database.

For each company selected, the devices are shown in the Company Devices grid. Devices in green exist in both companies and have already been merged. Devices in Red also exist in both companies but have not been merged. Devices in grey only exist in the company. If you want to create any device in the Site database, simply select those devices and click on merge. 

This only needs to be done once when upgrading the company database.
