This is where we create a workflow, define which function areas belong to that workflow and define the sequence in which they will appear on the screen. The form we use to do all of this is shown below.

 

Creating a new Workflow

The first step is Click on 'New' and define a new workflow. Once that has been done, select the workflow you have just created and then click on the 'Function Area Mapping' tab to see the form below.

Here you simply select all your function areas and then click on Map to map them to the workflow. They will by default be mapped in an alphabetical sort but then they can be moved up and down using the buttons on the RHS of the form.
